Return Process

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is received, our team will review the details and may request photos of the product to ensure it is in its original, unopened condition.

  Reverse Pickup

  After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost to you.

  Refund Processing

  Upon successful receipt and verification at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or OZiva wallet within 7-10 working days.
